Robust estimation

In the mid- to late-1990's we did a significant amount of work on robust
estimation in computer vision, including both the underlying theory and
the design of new algorithms. The most effective of these algorithms is
MUSE. The implementation included here is based on the
version of MUSE described in Jim Miller's PhD dissertation.
